A beautiful silver and guilloche enamel powder compact.  This lovely compact has a silvery white guilloche enamel sunburst background with a stunning cornflower design bringing colour and life to the lid.  The clasp opens to reveal a mirror in the lid and a powder well with the original sifter.  This compact is hallmarked and the hallmark can be found under the sifter. It is fully hallmarked for D C Brothers, Birmingham 1962

This fabulous compact is in excellent condition throughout.  The enamel is in excellent condition with one tiny dent to the edge left of cornflowers.  Inside the mirror is in fantastic condition as is the original sifter.
